What should I do if my device shows the error "Sorry, program exception"?

To resolve this issue, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Clean up the cache by going to Settings >> Clean up.
Step 2: Turn off the scanner and turn it back on after waiting for 5 minutes.

If the issue persists, please uninstall and download the app, then upgrade the software as follows:

1. Go to Settings, press and hold the Network menu for 2 seconds, release it, and repeat this operation 3 times to initiate a Factory Reset.
2. Click the Chinese word “设置” in the right corner and enter the password: 668.
3. Go to App & Notifications >> Click "See all 21 apps" >> Click GEAR.
4. Click the 3 dots in the upper right corner >> Click "Uninstall updates" >> Click OK to restore the app to the factory version.
5. Once the app is restored to the factory version, restart the device and enter the Settings menu again.
6. Connect to Wi-Fi and wait for a while. Once the number of upgradeable models is displayed, enter the upgrade center.
7. Upgrade the app and vehicle software. After downloading and upgrading, the app will be silently installed.
